What does someone see when they scan the QR?
Their photo and name. If you turned on lost mode, also the alert, your phone numbers and their care, and they can send you their location.
Are my phone numbers public?
Not while they’re home: your phone numbers and address only show when you turn on lost mode.
How do I put the QR on their collar?
Download the files from your panel: to print as a sticker or tag, and as a vector (SVG) to laser-engrave. Or order the finished tag in our store.
Can I have several pets?
Yes: each pet gets its own SmartPet and its own QR.
Does the finder need an app?
No. It opens in the phone’s browser just by scanning their QR.
How do I get into my panel?
After paying you get an email with your panel link; you sign in with a code we send to that email, no passwords.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, every year with the same card. You can cancel the renewal from your panel anytime.
